Joanne Van Dyke, Administrator
Joanne was appointed Administrator in 2001. With nearly 18 years as an administrator, she brings a wealth of expertise and has a true passion for helping others. Joanne has a sincere understanding for the needs of patients and families. She has raised three sons and is an avid sports fan. She and her husband Michael, have volunteered for many years in community youth sport organizations.

Christie Richard, Director of Nursing
Christie joined our team as the Director of Nursing in July 2007, after coming to California initially as a traveling nurse from Maine. She has been a terrific fit in Fairfield with her clinical expertise and commitment to the families. Christie is the devoted mother of her son Devon.

Summer McCoy, MOTR/L, Director of Rehabilitation
Summer received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine in 2000. She leads the facility’s first in-house program and has recruited highly qualified therapists, with their combined experience totaling over 100 years, to build an outstanding team of occupational, physical and speech therapists. While working in a skilled nursing center in Missouri, she discovered her real passion was working with the geriatric population and improving the quality of life and maximizing independence throughout the lifespan.

Daniel E. Green, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Green has been the Medical Director at Fairfield Nursing & Rehab for over 15 years. He is affiliated with Sutter Regional Medical Group and serves as one of our primary attending physicians. Dr. Green was recognized by Solano Magazine as one of Solano, Napa & Yolo Counties “Top Doctors.” He is a long-time resident of Fairfield and followed his father’s footsteps, who previously served as the facility Medical Director. His favorite past times include traveling with his wife, skiing and hiking.

Roxann Dominquez, Admissions Director
Roxann Dominquez has worked at Fairfield Nursing & Rehab Center since 1977. Roxann is well regarded in the healthcare community and is affectionately known by every resident and family. Coupled with her joyful spirit and compassion for her work, she is a great ambassador for the facility.
